Enjoy Local Flavours, Respect the Region

Every holiday offers the opportunity to make conscious choices that support the responsible use of resources.
  • Local flavours: Seasonal produce, local suppliers, and organic and vegetarian options are given priority wherever possible. Careful planning of quantities also helps reduce food waste.
  • More reuse, less single-use: Reusable tableware, cups, and deposit systems help minimize the use of disposable products.
  • Responsible use of resources: Waste separation, waste prevention, energy-efficient lighting, the use of renewable energy, and responsible energy consumption are integral parts of event planning.
  • Sustainable mobility: Public transport, shuttle services, and cycling options make it easy to reach events in an environmentally friendly way.
  • Responsible choices: Durable materials, partnerships with local businesses, and transparent communication about the measures adopted are prioritized.
  • Welcoming for everyone: Accessibility, fair working conditions, and respect for people and the environment are key principles in the organization of events.
