  • Südtirol Jazzfestival: Jazz concerts all across South Tyrol, annually in June & July
  • Tanz Bozen - Bolzano Danza: Dance festival with performances and dance seminars, annually in July
  • Bolzano Christmas Market: Annually during advent and holiday season
  • Transart: Contemporary festival of culture from Innsbruck to Rovereto, every year in September
  • Bolzano Festival Bozen: Classical music festival in Bozen, every year from July to September
  • Museum of Archaeology & Iceman The Museum of Archaeology presents a range of prehistoric finds, and of course the world -famous iceman, “Ötzi”. Opening hours: TUE – SUN, 10am – 6 pm In July, August & December also opened Mondays
  • Bozen Cathedral Treasury The treasury of the cathedral holds one of the most extensive local baroque church collections. Opening hours: TUE – SAT, 10am – 12pm THURS 10am – 12pm & 3pm – 5pm
  • Mercantile Museum In the historic building of the Mercantile Museum, a range of interesting items and pieces telling the history of trade and commerce in the city of Bozen are on display. Opening hours: MON – SAT, 10am – 12.30pm
  • MMM Messner Mountain Museum Firmian Reinhold Messner’s impressive exhibition addresses the topic of man encountering mountain with a special exhibit changing every year, hosted in the Sigmundskron castle. Opening hours: Beginning of March – end of November, FRI – WEDS, 10am – 6pm
  • Museion South Tyrolean museum and center for modern and contemporary art. Opening hours: TUE – SUN, 10am – 6pm THURS 10am – 10pm
  • Museum of Nature South Tyrol The Museum of Nature shows the biological and geological development of South Tyrol through interesting installations, and changing themed exhibits. Opening hours: TUE – SUN, 10am – 6pm
  • School Museum Bozen At the Lampl House in Rentsch, a landmarked building, you will find the School Museum. It traces the history of the region’s 3 language communities through antique textbooks, photographs, documents and many other interesting things. Opening hours: October – May, daily by arrangement SAT – SUN 3pm – 6pm (free entry)
  • Bozen Municipal Museum Due to expansion works, the Municipal Museum currently runs a limited exhibition of stuccos, frescos, statues, oil paintings, folk costumes, stoves and lots more. Opening hours: TUE – SUN, 10am – 6pm

  • Haselburg/Castel Flavon The Castel Flavon soars on a rock ledge above the neighborhood Haslach/Alsago and shelters a fine restaurant. Restaurant Opening Hours: TUE – SAT, 12pm – 2pm & 7pm – 10pm SUN, 12pm – 2pm
  • Runkelstein/Castel Roncolo Castle First documented in 1237, the Castle of Roncolo harbors the best-preserved secular frescos in the Alps. Easy to reach on foot, by bus or a free shuttle service from the Piazza Walther square, it’s definitely worth a visit. Opening hours: TUE – SUN until mid-March 10am – 5pm from mid-March 10am – 6pm
