Following its international GSTC certification, Ritten Tourism has now also been awarded the highest level of the South Tyrol Sustainability Label. The independent assessment evaluates a range of criteria, including destination management, regional value creation, sustainable mobility, cultural heritage, nature and landscape conservation, and the responsible use of resources.
This recognition confirms Ritten's long-term commitment to a form of tourism that combines quality of life for residents, environmental protection, and an outstanding visitor experience. Measures already implemented include promoting travel by public transport, working closely with regional partners, and raising awareness of the importance of respecting the natural landscape.
