DAILY TICKET AND MOBILCARDS
The Mobilcard is available for 1 day, for 3 or for 7 consecutive calendar days. Children between the ages of 6 and 13 receive all Mobilcards as discounted Junior Cards.
  • Mobilcard 1 calendar day: adults € 20,- / children € 10,-
  • Mobilcard 3 calendar days: adults € 30,- / children € 15,-
  • Mobilcard 7 calendar days: adults € 50,- / children € 25,-
  • Other valid tickets are: Südtirol Guest Pass, Euregio 2 Plus and Südtirol Pass.

TRANSPORT OF ANIMALS
  • Pets carried in a suitable transport bag or box are treated like luggage and therefore travel free of charge.
  • Please note that pets not transported in a box can be carried with one of the following tickets
    single ticket € 2,- or daily ticket € 3,50
  • Dogs are not allowed to occupy seats and must be kept on a leash with a muzzle, with the exception of small pets (see above).

BICYCLE TRANSPORT
  • The cable car Ritten also transports bicycles.
  • Bicycle transport costs € 7,- per bicycle.
    This is a day ticket, so the bike can also be taken on all other public transports (which allow the transport of bicycles).

  • Children under 6 years travel free of charge.
  • The cable car Ritten is accessible for people with disabilities and wheelchairs.
  • It's not possible to pre-book tickets or seats!

The Ritten cable car

There’s no ride smoother than this one: the Ritten cable car takes you from Bozen up to Ritten, for hiking and holiday escapes, for a day trip to another place. Or go from top to bottom — head down to Bozen for a day in the city, shopping and wandering the historic streets. With only 12 minutes of travel time and continuous service, leisurely transport has a whole new meaning on Ritten.
 
The Ritten cable car connects the provincial capital Bolzano with Soprabolzano. A gondola leaves the station in Bolzano and Oberbozen every 4-12 minutes.
Journey time: 12 minutes.
The next maintenance work on the Ritten cable car will take place from 2nd March to 27th March 2026 inclusive.
