How it works - Your accommodation will provide you with the RittenCard at check-in or pre-check-in. You can receive it digitally via email (PDF or mobile website) or as a printed document.
- Before each trip, scan the card at the blue validators. A sound signal and “OK” on the display confirm validation.

Can I use the RittenCard to get to the hotel? Yes. Since the Guest Pass is valid from mid night on the day of arrival, you can use all südtirolmobil public transport immediately to reach the hotel and for your departure at the end of your stay.
Do my children get their own RittenCard? Yes, children from 6 years old receive a RittenCard. Children under 6 travel free on all südtirolmobil public transport.
Is my bicycle or pet included in the RittenCard? No. The Guest Pass is personal and does not cover bicycles or pets.
• To
transport a bicycle, a ticket costing €7.00 must be purchased. This ticket allows you to take your bicycle on all südtirolmobil transport for a full day. Please note that space is limited on regional trains and buses with bike racks.
• Pets require a separate ticket (single €2.00 / day €3.50).
A muzzle must be worn. Which transport is not included? The RittenCard is not valid on Nightliner buses and shuttles, long-distance trains (e.g., EC, Railjet, Frecciarossa, Frecciargento, Italo), regional trains on the Brenner–Innsbruck and San Candido–Lienz routes, and the following tourist bus lines: 444, 440, shuttle 439, and 442.
