- Bernhard Kostner from Parkhotel Holzner at baita Feltuner
- Manfred Rinner from hotel Rinner at ristorante Pemmern
- Theo Francescutto from ristorante Himmelreich at Unterhornhaus
- Florian Schweigkofler from Gasthof Wiesenheim at bar Schofstoll
- Gerald Stampfl from Hotel Lichtenstern at Berghotel zum Zirm
The dishes will remain in the menu of every hut and can be tasted on the following winter days.
